The I DRIVE SAFELY Fleet Manager is a web-based management tool that allows a fleet administrator to manage the driving safety training requirements of his or her organization, business units, locations and trainees. The objective of the Fleet manager product is to fully empower a fleet administrator with the ability to:
Purchase courses - We offer two simple ways to purchase your fleet driver training courses. You may pay online with a credit card and the courses will be available immediately. Companies may also use a purchase order and pay via check. Please be aware that if you choose the purchase order courses will not be available until the check clears.
Assign courses - As the fleet program administrator you will be able to assign fleet courses to one or all of your employees at anytime. You will also be able to determine the fleet safety program pass percentage, exam attempts and exam completion date for each employee. Assign a fleet driving course to all of your employees by using our multiple upload function.
View Purchase History - The fleet management program allows you to track all of the fleet driver training courses that you have purchased and when they were bought.
View course completions - Our fleet manager program tracks the completion of all of your students. You will be able to view the exam pass rate and also the date the corporate fleet training course was completed by any of your drivers. You may search for individual trainees or run a report for all of your drivers. All reports can be downloaded and printed from the fleet manager program.
Manage your profile - You may update or change your account information anytime. Update phone numbers, make an address change or change a password.
